My Workout


Cardio

I wake up early each weekday morning and go for a 30 minute walk. I usually do this on a treadmill on an incline or on an elliptical machine with resistance. The goal is to keep my heart rate between 125 and 130. I do this before I eat anything. This is important because it forces my body to burn fat for energy because that is the only available energy source.


Lifting

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I go to the gym for a short but very intense lifting session.

Chest Incline barbell bench press
Shoulders Shoulder press
Triceps Skullcrushers
Abs

Wednesday

Quads Squats
Hamstrings Seated leg curls
Calves Calves on leg press

Friday

Back (length) Deadlift
Back (width) Lat pulldown
Biceps Barbell bicep curls
Abs
